Shipping policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Free shipping, worldwide

Every order ships free, to the United States and to every country we ship to.

How long it takes

  • Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare and ship your order.
  • Delivery (US): most orders arrive 7–12 business days after they ship.
  • Delivery (outside the US): times vary by country. Email us before you order and we'll give you an estimate.

Your order ships from our fulfillment partner. If you ordered a bigger kit, your sheets may arrive in separate packages.

Christmas order-by date

  • Christmas (US): order by December 9.

Orders placed after this date are still shipped right away, but may arrive after Christmas. We can't promise Christmas delivery outside the US.

Duties and taxes outside the US

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. The buyer pays them on delivery, and they're refundable under our Refund Policy.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first update, which is normal.

If your order is delayed

If we find out your order will arrive later than the times above, we'll email you with a new estimate. You can then cancel for a full refund, or keep the order, whichever you prefer.

Lost or missing packages

  • If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email us. We'll reship it or refund it.
  • If tracking says delivered but you can't find it, check around your door, your mailbox and with neighbors, and give it 48 hours. Then email us and we'll help.

Address problems

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped. If a package comes back to us because of an address error, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct address.
